• The order was cancelled before shipping.
  

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  
• Products without original packaging or tags.
  
• Affiliate-linked products purchased from other platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) — for these, please contact the respective platform for refunds.
  

4. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  
• You may be required to provide images/videos for quality verification.
